Shipping Info

All United States orders over $65 ship for free or for a flat rate of $4.99. Regardless of what you order, shipping is only $4.99. It's as simple as that! Exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Delivery Times

Our primary domestic carriers are UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier depends upon the size of the shipment. Any packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or a PO Box will likely be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Typical USPS transit times are as follows:
Domestic Orders: 1-7 days
Alaska, Hawaii Orders: 4-8 days

Sales Tax

The Great American Spice Company is legally obligated to collect sales tax on orders delivered to certain states on certain items. The appropriate charges will be added to the total amount of your products and will be displayed for your review during checkout. Please note that the tax amount displayed at checkout may change if you choose to update your shipping address. The sales tax will be included in your payment and will reflect the applicable state, county, and local tax amounts. It's important to mention that sales tax isn't required in most states for groceries, as shown below. American Spice does sell more than just items considered groceries so some of your order may still be taxed even if grocery items are not taxed.  Please be aware that making a purchase over the Internet or through other remote means doesn't automatically exempt it from taxation.

Please Note: You must notify Customer Service of a shipping discrepancy no later than 7 days from the invoice/ship date. Requests received after 7 days can not be honored.
