We offer full refunds on our Stove, Chef, and Bulk (16 oz) sizes if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked! If you're not happy with the product in these sizes within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a replacement, substitution, or refund. We'll pay the freight! This is how confident we are that you will love our products.
For our larger sizes of 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 25 lbs, and 50 lbs, we still offer replacements, substitutions, or refunds on a case by case basis. Before ordering larger quantities we recommend trying a sample in our Stove sizes.
