Description
Our Bittersweet Smoked Paprika comes from Spain. This unique spice is used in a number of classic Spanish recipes, but it and can also be used as a substitute for standard paprika. As the name suggests, this product has a very slight bittersweet tang to it, along with a wonderful wood-smoke flavor. This makes it a great choice for sauces, rubs, creamy dishes, seafood, eggs, rice, and stews.
