Description
Nashville is famous for many things and spicy fried chicken is just one. Our take on this popular recipe is a spicy blend of Hungarian Paprika and New Mexico Chiles, paired with the heat of Habanero, Chipotle, and Cayenne Peppers. We added a touch of brown sugar to bring some sweet to the heat, and a dash of salt to tie in all the flavors. This blend can be used frying chicken or as a great base rub for smoking and barbecuing chicken.
Usage
Heat 3 tablespoons oil or butter with at least 1 tablespoon Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning and brush on freshly fried chicken. Or add 2 tablespoons seasoning to 1 cup flour for frying.
