Description
Greek oregano, which is sweeter than Mexican oregano, is perfect for use in Mediterranean and Italian cooking. It works well in a variety of dishes, including pastas, as simple as noodles and butter. You can also use Greek oregano as a zesty seasoning for soups and vegetables as well as in a variety of homemade salad dressings. For a great summer snack, add Greek oregano to chopped Roma tomatoes and onion. Then add olive oil and garlic and you have the perfect bruschetta to pile onto slices of Italian bread!
