The Great American Spice Company’s journey started nearly 80 years ago when Lawrence and Mary Tippmann set down roots in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Over time, each member of our large family developed an appreciation of how to make more with less. This became one of our guiding principles centering on cooking great tasting meals using the highest quality cooking spices and herbs and freshest ingredients.
The Great American Spice Company began as a brick and mortar, but evolved into a completely online business in 1999. What didn’t change was the commitment to our customers.
