We love our spices, and we’re sure you will too! That’s why we are happy to offer full refunds or replacements on the Stove, Chef, and 16 oz sizes of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at 877.677.4239 for a replacement, substitution, or refund. We'll even pay for the return shipping--no questions asked! This is how confident we are that you will love our products.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on opened packages in any of our larger bulk sizes (5 lbs, 10 lbs, 25 lbs, or 50 lbs) unless the package was damaged in transit or there is a documented food safety defect. To avoid this issue, we strongly encourage you to try our Stove container options or to contact us to arrange a sample of a product before ordering it in larger quantities.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows evidence of prior use or alteration.
You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement by contacting Customer Service at 1.877.677.4239 or information@americanspice.com, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST). Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
